Cold pressing extracts oil by mechanical pressure alone, below the temperature at which natural flavour compounds and vitamin E degrade, and without the hexane extraction and caustic refining a commodity oil goes through. Yield is lower, which is precisely why cold pressed oil sells at a premium, and why any supplier offering both cold pressing and commodity pricing is worth questioning.
We arrange cold-press and virgin coconut oil capacity on a rental basis from vetted partner plants, under our specification and with our quality verification. Outputs include groundnut, sesame, coconut, sunflower, mustard, flaxseed, safflower and almond oil, and virgin coconut oil with its coconut flour, cake and milk byproducts.
