Flavoured Beverages is a bottled beverage filled on our PET line, where we blow the bottle and fill it in the same building.
Bottles are blown on site from preform, so you are not restricted to whatever shape a converter happens to stock and there is no freight leg for empty bottles to arrive scuffed. Filling is matched to the product: hot fill through the pasteuriser for juices, cold-fill for products that do not need it.
We make it under your brand as a private-label product, to your own recipe as a contract manufacture, or from our existing formulation if you would rather move fast. Minimum order is 5,000 bottles standard · 20,000 for a custom bottle mould, with a typical lead time of 3-4 weeks · 6-8 weeks with custom bottle development.
