Blowing our own PET bottles on site means you are not locked into whatever preform a converter happens to stock. You choose the bottle, we blow it and fill it in the same building, which removes a freight leg, removes the risk of bottles arriving scuffed, and lets a small brand launch with a distinctive pack instead of the same round 200 ml bottle as everyone else.
The line handles fruit juices and beverages, amla, guava, pineapple and kokum juice, vinegar, drinking water, flavoured beverages, coconut water and syrups. Pair it with the pasteuriser for hot fill juices, or with the homogeniser for pulpy and cloudy beverages that must not separate on shelf.
