Pasteurisation applies precisely the heat needed to make a beverage safe and stable, and not one degree more. Under-process and the product spoils in distribution; over-process and you get the cooked, caramelised note that consumers reject on the second purchase. Getting that balance right for each Brix and acidity profile is formulation work, and it is exactly what our food technologists do before a commercial run.

The line handles mango, guava, pineapple, amla, kokum and mixed fruit beverages, nectars, tomato and vegetable juice, coconut water, flavoured milk, fruit syrups, ready to drink beverages and functional fruit drinks.
