Running fried-texture and puffed snacks on a dedicated line rather than sharing the twin screw means seasoning carryover between a chilli snack and a cheese snack simply cannot happen, and it keeps changeover time from eating your batch economics.
The line makes kurkure-type snacks, puffed snacks, millet, ragi, corn, rice and multigrain snacks, extruded breakfast cereals, and flavoured, protein and high fibre snacks. Because product is oven expanded rather than deep-fried, oil content lands far below a conventional fried snack, which is the claim that gets a new snack brand onto a health positioned shelf.
